Once your order batch is complete, your system joins a scheduled container shipment bound for the UK.
When the shipment lands, it’s transferred to our storage facility — ready for collection or delivery.
Each customer is kept informed every step of the way, so you always know where your system is and when it’s due to arrive.

Collection or Delivery
Once the shipment clears customs, systems are released from the UK warehouse.
You can collect your system directly or arrange delivery at cost to your installer or home.
We don’t add handling or delivery markups — just the genuine courier or transport fee.

Installation, your way.
Installation is arranged directly — no middlemen, no upselling, and no hidden costs.
You can use your own electrician or a Which?-approved installer — whichever suits you best.
It’s flexible and simple: installation happens when it works for you, and it’s always charged at cost — so you only pay for the actual work done.
Every system is fully UK-compliant, grid-ready, and supplied and installed under a single qualifying arrangement that benefits from the Government’s current 0% VAT relief — meaning no VAT is added to either the system or the installation.

07.
The 'Grid' notified
Your installer completes the physical installation of your Battery Energy Storage System.
They then upload the required commissioning photographs, safety confirmations, and grid notification through the secure submission link linked to your job reference.
At this stage, everything is technically in place and formally recorded. The system is installed, documented, and aligned with UK grid requirements.
Installation funds remain securely safeguarded while we move to the final confirmation step.

08.
If you're happy
Once your system is installed and running, you confirm that everything has been completed satisfactorily.
Your confirmation releases the safeguarded installation funds, so the installer can be paid.
At the same time, we finalise the formalities in the background and issue your single VAT invoice covering both the system and installation together.
It’s a simple final step — you confirm you’re happy, and everything is properly closed and documented.
