Installation made easy.

Installing your Battery Energy Storage System is designed to be simple, flexible, and entirely on your terms.
You choose the electrician. That means you can work with someone you already know and trust, agree the price directly, and arrange a date that suits your household.
If you don’t already have an installer, you can select one through Which? Trusted Traders — a nationally recognised service that vets professionals for qualifications, reputation, and customer satisfaction.
It’s an added layer of reassurance, especially when someone is working inside your home.

Microgeneration Certification Scheme
Agreeing the installation directly keeps costs fair and transparent. There are no inflated “all-in” packages or hidden labour mark-ups. You agree the install price directly and pay only for the work your property actually needs.

Done in hours
Pre-wired connection hub
Because your new battery system INCLUDES a pre-wired, grid-ready connection hub, your installer is fitting a prepared unit rather than assembling components from scratch. That reduces time on site, simplifies the job, and helps keep installation costs under control — with most installs completed in just a few hours.
The equipment is already accredited for UK grid connection, making the process straightforward for your installer and smooth for you.

Simple Steps to Get You Powered Up
While your system is being built and shipped (usually 6–8 weeks), you don't have to wait around. You can get started right away to line everything up smoothly.
1). Right after you order - You'll receive a quick email confirmation (plus your receipt). It includes helpful info to share with your electrician — so they can understand the system (pre-wired hub, grid-ready specs) and give you a fair, accurate quote early on. No rush, just forward it and chat whenever you're ready.
2). Agree on installation - Contact your chosen electrician (someone you trust or from Which?/MCS lists) to discuss your install and agree a price/date that works for you. It's just like booking any normal electrical job — direct, no middlemen, no mark-ups from us.
3). Quick onboarding - Once price and date are set, your installer fills in a simple online form confirming the agreed amount. This is just an admin step for VAT purposes — it engages them as a subcontractor for your install only, so the whole thing (system + installation) qualifies for 0% VAT.
4). Installation payment - You pay the install amount you agreed — we hold it safely (ring-fenced & safeguarded) until you're 100% happy with the work. No money moves until you say "yes".

Independance Day!
5). Arrival made easy - When your system reaches our UK partner's warehouse, you arrange collection or delivery directly with the warehouse team. Nothing payable or added by us.
6). Fitting day - Your installer connects the pre-wired system — usually in just a few hours. They handle the standard grid notification (something qualified installers do all the time)
7). You're happy? We're done! - Once everything's working perfectly, we release the held installation funds to your electrician.
8). One final invoice - We send you a single clear invoice covering both the battery and installation (at 0% VAT). It's just paperwork to confirm everything qualified — nothing more to pay, keeping everything compliant
This process keeps power in your hands! — You choose, You agree, You confirm.
